SunBear is pleased to present new work by Michael Roy. Michael will be making site specific work in the gallery for a week prior to the show and will be showing this alongside his drawings and collage works.
SunBear is an artist run space currently based at 4 Lorne Street, Edinburgh. Started in 2008, it has exhibited contemporary Scottish artists and artists from further afield. As well as its founders, Thomas Aitchison, Tim Dodds and Tim Le Breuilly, other artists include: April, Phil Ashcroft, Spartacus Chetwynd, Luke Collins, Adham Faramawy, Levi Hanes, G Lansard, Ursula Llewelyn, Conor Kelly, Brian Moran, Jonathan Murphy, Stephen Murray, Dr Neupop, Katie Orton, Ash Reid, Norman Shaw, Matt Swan, Liesel Thomas, Emmett Walsh. It has also launched a publication co-curated by experimental cartoonist, Malcy Duff
